Shipping Information
In-stock items are generally shipped within one business day
after the receipt of your order. We ship via US Postal Service
Priority Mail or by UPS (we reserve the right to choose the best
method for standard shipping). For Standard shipping, you should receive your order within
3-5 days of the day we ship. Express shipments should be received within 1-2 days. If no one is home, the postal service
usually leaves a note in your mailbox.
You will be notified by email or phone within 24 hours of receipt
of your order if there will be a delay. If you order an item which
is temporarily out of stock, we will place your order on hold
and ship it once this item is back in stock.
Returns
We want you to love your Give Simple gift! If you aren't completely
satisfied, return the item to the address above within 14 days from the date of purchase
(in original condition with all packaging intact) and we will gladly
exchange your purchase or refund your credit. Return shipping fees are the
responsibility of the customer. Returns or Exchanges will not
