Tepper and Shapiro first introduced their love for pattern and color at the New York Gift Show Accent on Design forum in January 2004 with their premier Tepper Jackson collection.

Linda Tepper, of Nick & Nora fame, first introduced her brilliant talent for reinventing the nostalgic sensibilities of the 1950’s with an accessories collection called Shady Character.
Known for her keen awareness of pattern and whimsy she went on to create the defining sleepwear collection known as Nick & Nora, distributed internationally for the last twenty years. Making its signature mark on a variety of products from soft lines to hard lines, Tepper has fluidly bridged the gap between home and street now beautifully evident in Tepper Jackson.

Jackie Shapiro, of French Bull notoriety, began to develop her bold and graphic pop culture style while working for Milan's innovative fashion house Fiorucci. Expanding her range she creates a textile collection represented by Splash Studio in NYC, and presents at the March and September Indigo Print show in Paris. Mattel Inc., Barbie's famous creator, has commissioned Shapiro since 1997 as a freelance creative. Shapiro also works with Cartoon Network's consumer products division designing the style guide assets for the Power Puff Girls and Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi brands.
