Shipping Information


In-stock items are generally shipped within one business day after the receipt of your order (exclusive of weekends and holidays). We ship via US Postal Service or by FedEx (we reserve the right to choose the best method for standard shipping). For Standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3 to 7 days of the day we ship in most cases. Express shipments should be received within 1-2 days of shipping. We recommend that if no one is going to be home when the package is expected to be delivered, that you leave instructions with your postal service carrier. Unless notified otherwise, the postal carriers have been known to leave packages on customer's doorsteps.


Give Simple is not responsible for any packages once delivered by the carrier. We pay extra to make the tracking information available to each customer. Once the carrier advises that your package has been delivered, Give Simple is no longer responsible for your package and any missing packages will have to be addressed directly between you and the carrier.


You will be notified by email or phone within 24 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a delay. If you order an item which is temporarily out of stock, we will place your order on hold and ship it once this item is back in stock.


We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.00 within the United States. For all other orders the standard shipping rate is $5.00

If you aren't completely satisfied, return the item to the address above within 30 days from the date of purchase (in original condition with all packaging intact) and we will gladly exchange your purchase or refund your credit.
